Yesterday after work I drove Michele to my place and we worked on “A Life Aquatic” - the outline, character concepts, and layout. I love her designs and ideas for the characters and how she wants to style the comic. This is going to sound pretty weird, but the fact that she’s able to bring these characters to life that were pretty much just ideas in my head is really a trippy...

Today we went over to my grandpa’s apartment to visit him and watch baseball. He gets so happy when we go to see him, I wish we could go more than once a week. I told Michele my pitch to work together on some sort of small project that was original, no fandom, and she seemed pretty excited about the idea. I have a good amount of slice-of-life scripts, none of these are more than a page or so long and most of it has been burning a hole in my Documents folder forever. Spent the day off with Leah and Sienna over at the Arcade in Bayville. Leah thought the car game was hard because all the different cars were so sexy. We also played house of living dead for 45 mins and got to the last boss before running out of money, got enough ice cream to feed Ethiopia, and took some of those really lame photo booth BFF pics.
