Re-tore my foot at work, so had to go to the Emergency Room right from my shift….I still had my name tag on in the waiting room. The xrays came back that i tore my Plantar Fasciitis (the tissue that covers the bones on the bottom of your foot) so I need to keep it wrapped in this thiick ace-bandage-cast-thing. My VIP bracelet to the ER…which sucked btw cause there was some horrible...
